Custom Performance makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or
implied, oral or written to any purchasers. Chickenears Custom Performance
hereby specifically excludes from any purchase any implied warranty of
merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a specific purpose or use.
Chickenears Custom Performance will not be responsible for any
contingent, incidental, secondary or consequential damages of any kind
whatsoever. All purchasers and users of products sold or manufactured by
Chickenears Custom Performance agree to hold harmless and indemnify
Chickenears Custom Performance from any and all claims arising from their
use. Failure to receive notice of any of the limitations contained in this
disclaimer shall not serve to extend liability to Chickenears Custom
Performance for any claims arising out of use of its products.
A 25% processing
and restocking fee will be charged on cancelled
orders and / or returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be
in original packaging and in excellent, unused condition. Do not return any
parts until receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization from us.
No returns will be
accepted after 21 days of purchase. |
